Met the owners last week when I dropped off my 45 year old BIC 940 Belt Drive Turntable. Got called back in roughly 4 business days, and the unit was cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted to perfection. This is nothing like the major repair shop in Nashville that couldn't get it done from May of 2022 to when I reclaimed it un-repaired in the following November of this past year. ERC is the Gold Standard for everything electronic.

I took a KD-4100R that I inherited And it wouldn’t work to these guys years ago. They replaced the head shell, cartridge, stylus, and gave it the TLC it needed. I have been using it without problem since. it’s been at least 10 years.

Great folks! Brought in my dad's old Sony 5 Disc CD player, (not working). Wasn't sure it could be 'saved'. Several days later, called with very reasonable estimate. Two days later it was completed. Been using it for over a month with no problems! Thank you, guys!!!!

Repaired my vintage Lafayette stereo/receiver for what I thought to be a very reasonable rate and pretty quickly! Works great, haven’t heard it sound so good in a long time. Very hard to find people who still work on older stereo equipment.

Dropped off my Mitsubishi 65" TV to see if it was feasible to be repaired/fixed. Also dropped off my JVC Dual Deck DVD/VHS Player for repairs if feasible. Terry welcomed me and gave me confidence that they might be able to fix my Electronic Equipment. Picked it up 17 November 2025 and it's working GREAT! I thought it was long dead. I'd recommend this Business hands down.
